3. Product research, recommendations, and purchase Guide. We research updated elements that match your style and budget. You’ll receive a Statement Sheet with clickable links to purchase all selected items, saving you time and money.
4. Concept Approval Mood Board - a visual mood board for review recommended design and a one-time round of adjustments before we finalize your design.
5. Final stage includes a Full-Color Rendering of your updated space with personalized design recommendation plan. This visual design can share with contractors, installers, or architects to guide execution. Your final stage also includes your statement sheet with clickable links to where you can purchase your updated elements.

This add-on service allows you to include additional design elements—beyond those included in your Standard or Luxury Package.
We’ll consult with you to understand your updated design needs, then research and present your new element(s) on the concept approval sheet for your review. Once approved, we’ll integrate the updates into your final Visual Design Recommendation and Full-Color Rendering, along with a Statement Sheet and Shopping List with direct purchase links.
This add-on is included as part of your main package's deliverables and is not issued as a separate rendering or recommendation.

It starts with a 2-hour consultation to understand your goals, followed by expert research and curated recommendations for 10 key design elements—such as funcastionality review, color updates, furnishings, finishes, lighting, layout, and more.
You’ll receive a detailed concept approval board with up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the design meets your vision. Once finalized, we deliver a full Visual Design Recommendation and a Full-Color Rendering of your updated space. To make implementation simple, we also provide a shopping list with direct links to purchase all recommended items, along with referrals to trusted contractors and service experts ready to bring your vision to life.
